Depending on the size of the ding. Small dings may be able to be filled with Bondo. Bigger dents can be fixed by drilling small holes in the tank, inserting a tool that’s pulls the dent out, then smoothed with bondo and repainted. They now have suction devices that can “pop” the dent out or buy a new tank. A new rebel tank wont cost a lot and is relatively easy to install. All the above takes minimal skills and basic tools. If you are not comfortable with it, take it to the Honda shop and they will fix you right up. If you do not know how to work with Bondo or Paint to get a good finish then a new tank will probably be the best and cheapest way for you to go.

if ya got a paintless dent repair place where ya live that might be the way to go. I don't know how exactly they do it but there pretty good with hail dents and usually cheaper than traditional body work.
