I am thinking of buying these stuff to clear my skin. Do you guys think it will help me? Did it work on you? They said it's better than proactive. Please help me coz I have major breakouts on my face and on my back. Here's a link. http://www.acnefree.com/af

I don't know how old you are, but I am 27, and I have had bouts with acnee since 5th grade. Ya....imagine that. So my heart goes out to you. Above all, remember that it's who you are that counts, not what people think. Especially when you become an adult. Most adults aren't shallow enough to judge you if you have a few zits. The best thing to do is to see a dermatologist, and have your acne diagnosed. I was on acutane. It has a few really nasty potential side effects, but I stayed clear for several months. Getting lots of healthy sun exposure also helped me. I also went to the swimming pool alot. I think a combo of the pool water and sun did wonders. I tried everything on the market, and nothing else worked. Now I get very mild breakouts, mostly because I play semi-pro football in the spring and the pads trap dirt and sweat. But in the real adult world, the girls don't seem to mind if I have a zit hear and there. Like I said...it's all about who you are. I noticed that the acnefree site has a money back gaurantee. As long as there are no strings attached, you might not have anything to loose. And hey...if it is some kind of mirricle cure, let me know.

As far as face washes, ProActiv worked the best for me, I tried so many over-the-counter washes/creams, and even prescription meds to try and clear it up. ProActiv is kind of expensive and it takes a few weeks but it has worked great for everyone I know who has used it. Another way to go (if you're into this) is to go to a vitamin/herbal supplement store. They have lots of great natural pills you can take that work really well, the people who work there are usually really knowledgable about what works and what you'll need. The two that worked wonders for me are kyodopholus and liva-plex, it only took a few days for it to start working too and since the pills are ingested they reach your whole system (face, back, etc).

I used both and neither worked. I recommend the Clearasil UltraClear products. That have a guarantee for clearer skin or you money back. They worked for me really well. I would say try those before you spend the money on something that won't work. If worse comes to work, I'd go to a dermotologist.
