Woman Pleads Guilty to Rape of Teen

A 34-year-old woman pleaded guilty Friday to raping a 13-year-old boy at knifepoint last month.
Marilyn Rosario admitted she posed as a health department worker to gain access to the boy's home.
Police say Rosario then raped and robbed the boy after he invited her inside.
Rosario will be sentenced later this month. She faces six months in the Monroe County Jail and will be required to register as a sex offender.

Although most rapes are committed by men against women, there are a number of cases where the roles are reversed. If a woman forces someone to have sex with them, they can be guilty of rape. We have had a number of cases in the news recently where teachers have had sex with their younger students. This is a form of statutory rape - because of the boy's age.
