look behind the glove box or out side of under the hood on the passenger side fender

the sbec or ecm is in the right rear corner of the engine remember right means passenger side

Should be under the hood attached to the left front fender

Sounds like your tires may need to be balanced and then take it in and have the vehicles alignment checked then all you have to do is stop driving on the side walks Ha ha. Good luck

It's got several. I think all 3 are under the hood.
