if you were having a mis-carrage your test would still show you were positive because your hormone levels are still higher than normal because there would of benn some form of start to a pregnancy and you would have already or will be bleeding heavly with small pieces that look like clots. i had 1 mis carrage and i had an eptopic where it starts to develope in your tubes, and thats when i had those severe pains where i couldnt sit or stand comfortably and after hours of that i went and got checked. my advice is to go to the doctor's because pain like that isnt normal and usually has some meaning. so sorry for your pain.

If I were a betting girl I'd say you have cysts. This sounds like the pain that both my sister-in-law and I have gotten from time to time. They can go away on their own unless they get too big - and they hurt like hell when they burst. Mine made it so I couldn't walk!
You said you've been ttc for the past month - I'm assuming this means you just went off bcp. Going off the bcp can cause cysts while your body regulates the amount of hormone it should be producing.
If you go to the doc, and it IS cysts, they'll recommend you go back on bcp. I say: even though the pain is terrible, try to wait it out rather than go back on the pill. Ibuprofen and a heating pad are going to be your best friends. Good luck!

How can you write something so sincere and leave a message on my question telling me to "shut up already" when I was talking about the loss of my child? This is a stupid mean ***** trying to gain sympathy after leaving a really ugly message on my question, so then I wrote something nasty on hers and she had the nerve to report me. Well expect repercussions when you decide to get big balls. You can report this again and they can close my account, but guess what I'll just open up another account. Think before you write.

You should probably go to the doctor ASAP. You could have miscarried or you could have a severe infection. This is something that you shouldn't wait around about you should go now.
