I Don't have a grudge on Spidey or Batman but if you really think about it spiderman got the almost the whole world against him in his movies, and in batman movies everyone loves him he even got two sidekicks Robin and the ally Catwoman, of course batman will win even though spidey may get the most webb spinning punches batman will still win he could call any of his side kicks, and in the real world bats eats spiders so do cats and robins so spider are very low on the food chain
