first of all you can exfoliate your skin and then apply some self tanner to give yourself a pretty glow. If self-tanning is not your thing try some bronzer, physician's formula has some good ones you can buy at a drugstore. For hair, I suggest using shampoo on your scalp only, and deep conditioning as often as you can. If your hair is in OK condition you can rinse it with some vinegar , it makes your hair super-shiny. About wearing your hair up, messy up-dos are very casual but sexier than a regular ponytail. Lastly enjoy whatever trip you're at and smile a lot, people love people who smile! :)

First tip: don't pack your whole closet in your baggage, bring just the necessary. If it is a summer trip, like, to the beach or something pack comfortable clothes, flip flops, maybe tennis shoes, depending on how many days your trip is going to last you should also bring some combinations of more formal clothes in case you have to go to a more formal place (restaurant, disco, party, etc.) Is really important that you keep yourself hydrated so drink a lot of water if you're planning to spend a lot of time outside or taking the sun.
You just have to bring your usual shampoo and conditioner and a loose pony tail is a good way to wear your hair up but casual
