Read the book do the homework and listen best you can in class. Some professors are great lectures some can barely be understood but if you do the reading and problems you are in good shape. Find the TA and ask about the professors style like are the tests based on lecture or book then adjust accordingly.

I know someone who took college level biology in high school...he went in with a passion and he already knows SOO much about the subject and he was really good at it...he struggled for a B
his passion is still there though...and from waht i understand those classes are harder to take in high school than in college....all it is is memorization so all the instructor would be there for would be to watch you do the labs and collect tests

If you study you should be fine....I didn't think it was that bad. It depends on whether you're interested in it also. I was, so I did well because I enjoyed studying for it.

There's usually a curve too...

Find someone to study with it you're having a hard time. Ask the prof for help if you need it, they like to know you're trying.

It depends on how much effort you put into studying it. Ive taken it and aced it, it was an average difficulty class, but some parts needed more studying than others.
Its a lot mroe involved and detailed than high school bio.
