Neither are worse. If I had to choose though...I would say Panic! At The Disco because Fall Out Boy is better...
And it seems impossible to say P!ATD is worse than FOB because Pete discovered and created P!ATD. They have a similar sound and basically take the general idea of their band from FOB. They are just a mini FOB. Haha...if that makes sense. And FOB has much more experience in music and they have created more things and are definitely more popular. For me it's really hard to say one is worse, rather than which is better. But they have too much in common as well for people to hate one and love the other. You either hate them both, or love them both. That's just my opinion.

well I like that type of music...but panic at the disco is not quite as good. They sound exactly the same but I like fall out boys songs and lyrics better

Panic! are worse! That video for "I write sins not tragedies" where the singer covers his mouth every time it says 'god damn' in the song. That annoys me to pieces! I mean come on! Who cares if you say it!?!

I actually like them both, but what I HATE is there new popularity..

they both make me want to stick q-tips deep into my ears until I bleed and can no longer hear their musical stylings that sound very much like a pack of wet, wild cat's in heat....
