Burger King

I would choose Subway first, Burger King second and McD on third place. But anyway the best choice would be a combination of Subways (less fat, less calories) and maybe twice a week BurgerKing. The quality of both chains is excellent, the burgers from Burger King are much more tasty than the McD's. Just Enjoy and dont drink too much softdrinks......

Well Subway is obviously healthier. I prefer Mcd's chicken nuggets and salads over Burger kings. But I prefer burger kings burgers and fries over Mcds. For me its all a matter of what I'm in the mood for and what's near by.

I try to stick to Subway because it is at least vaguely slightly sorta healthy. But Burger King rules for sandwiches, and McDonalds is still the king of fries. If someone opens a restaurant with Burger King burgers with McDonalds fries and it all has Subway nutrition, I'll basically just live there.

Stop over at my place and I'll fix you a trout caught just minutes before it is broiled over a charcoal grill with steaming hickory and just a little herb and spice. I know you'll love it, because it is real food. The fast food joints are going to kill you with their reconstituted petroleum stuffs, please, don't let that happen. Do you ever get the sense that what you eat from Burger King, Mcd's or subway has some blandness that just isn't right? Well think about it. There is still a few places where you can get real food.
