You need a little more information for even a close 'guesstimate'.
Like, where is it, what brand, what zone was it manufactured for, does it have the axles, is it on land, or are you going to have to move it? Not to mention, how is it constructed, how thick are the exterior walls, does it have metal siding, or vinyl, metal roof, or shingles, etc. Also look at the plumbing...if it is grey pipe with copper bands, or pvc piping? All of these things affect the value of the home.

A vinyl sided, shingle roofed home with 2x6 walls, and pvc plumbing will be worth more than the other homes of same size but made with less quality parts.

A 14 x 52 is a very very short home tho...about the size Ive seen placed on resort lots.
