im 16 and when im having sex with my girlfriend everything is fine, within 20 min. i see and my penis is soft, what can i do to stop this?

first thing, stop worrying about it. The more you stress, the worse it's going to get. You are 16 and (too young to have sex) but anyway your body is still working out the kinks. Trust me, in a few years when you have figured out how to have good sex, you won't have this issue.
Try concentrating on what you are doing. Most guys do the opposite so they last longer, but maybe concentrating on it.
How do you really feel about her?? Maybe she isn't floating your boat??? Love and sex are connected but also very different.
Best thing to do is relax. If it continues, you really should see a doctor
