If you have masturbated to much or to aggressively and the skin has become aggravated with a rash or has swollen maybe he might be able to tell. However, most of the time under normal sexual behavior no one can tell if you have masturbated. It is impossible to tell if a boy has had sex or has masturbated. You are worrying about something that you don't need to worry about. let me explain. All boys masturbate. Masturbation is a normal part of growing up and discovering what are body is capable of doing. As you get older you will masturbate less. When you get a partner you will stop masturbating, When you lose your partner you may start again. Whatever, do this next time you are sitting in school look at all the boys in class and think "they all do what I do". It is natural to worry about keeping this secret because masturbation is a form of sex (single sex) and like all sex should be personal and private. Now back to the doctor. The doctor can't tell by looking at your penis however if you are 13 or older he knows that you probably are and may ask only to provide you with information that will help you to keep your sex life healthy.

no, a doctor can tell if you are sexually mature and able to masterbate and achieve ejaculation, but a doctor cannot tell if you masterbated recently. Even if a doctor did a urine test and found traces of semen, he would probably assume you had sex. If you are a teenager, then he will assume you are masterbating or having nocturnal emissions. All of this is normal. I guarantee that he masturbates too... if your doctor is a woman, don't sweat that either. She does it too. Truthfully, the doctors dont' care. They are looking for something specific, not sperm.

I just wanted to make a comment about there being sperm in your urine.....

It is natural, how do think that the extra sperm exit the body? They are either reabsorbed or urinated out. There are millions produced every day and no amount of sex/masturbation/ejaculation can get rid of every single one of them.

There is no way a doctor can tell a male is sexually active unless you have an STD, tell him, or have injuries that relate to sexual activities.

Where the heck do ya'll get your silly information??? It's so funny to read sometimes.

Yes. There are specific symptoms that stand out in a doctors check up, that tell him whether or not a person does masturbate, and how often. Be carefull, don't get too carried away with masturbation, You will go blind!

If you are leaving physical signs. If there is irritation, or if the doctor takes a urine specimen. They can tell through the urine if you've ejaculated, not how you arrived at ejaculation.

A doctor cannot share that information with anyone anyway. (Not in the US). Regulations prevent them from divulging patient information without permission.

Good Luck

Yes and then tell your parents-why would a doctor be all up in there anyways?

Nope.

A doctor cannot tell if yo have masterbated - but he knows that you do.

Because ALL boys, and men do.

It is not something to be embarrased about.

Don't worry about it. Your doctor won't.

No, and you shouldn't be embarassed about it even if he could. Everyone masturbates...I promise. Men do it, women do it. It's completely normal and completely natural.
