No one should be having sex unless they are trying to have children.
However, humans suffer from the desire to have a feeling called an orgasm, which by the way can be achieved by the person alone. The desire for an orgasm should not be confused as the desire for sex. It's the same as, just because you like some one doesn't mean you should have sex with them.
A strong indication that no one should be having sex is that so many bad thing can come from it; disease, serious responsibilities, pain and suffering as broken heart.

You always say yes. What are you high? Of course you tell them no. I mean if a stranger comes up to me and says:
Hey can I have some sex? I always say:
Yes sure let me strip here in the mall, k?

Is this some random person or a significant other? If it is a random person, I would definitely say no. If it were a significant other, it would depend on if I was in the mood.

well this answer is very simple you only say yes if you are ready and comfortable and if the person is pressuring you then absolutely no but if you don't feel okay with it then say no and if you want to but not at the moment simply reply with yeah but not at the moment

I don't have sex with strangers.
If it is my boyfriend, I say no. But he knows I am pretending - because it is always really yes!
