I'm trying to transfer music onto my PSP. I plug-in the USB and go into usb mode and it shows I'm connected. I go to click on the drive I've connected it in and when I double click it it says "Please insert disc into disc drive F"

I do not see a folder or anything.

What am I doing wrong?

My psp works just fine whether I am transferring stuff through usb mode or downloading it directly to the memory stick. If it is telling you that there is nothing in drive F take your memory stick out of your psp and plug it in to drive F, this is how I always do mine.

Here's a checklist that might help you:
1.) Always check the USB if it is securely plugged on your computer and PSP
2.)Check the operating system you are using. (WinXP doesn't have problems with USB connections)
3.)Check your memory card. Is it locked in?
4.)Check the USB port on your computer. It might be loose and it will not read your memory card
5.)When you plug your PSP check if the PSP is reading (When the light blinks in red it means it's reading or it's getting something)

That's all i have to say. I hope it works!
