You can get the Tracfone from Wal-Mart or similar stores and all you ahve to do is buy a prepaid minutes card when you want minutes. You can get a Go phone from Cingular. It doesn't have a contract but you can pick a plan and prepay it monthly. Ebay also has a lot of phones you can buy and most wireless companies will let you buy a plan from them but it will be a little more because you didn't buy the phone from them. All they need is the model and id numbers usually both found on the back of the phone under the battery.

Anywhere that sells the phones. This includes wireless stores such as Verizon, Cingular, etc. Just tell them you would like to buy a phone outright, no plan. Only problem is that the phone will be a hell of a lot more expensive.

anywhere. Any phone company will sell u the phone only. but u will pay a whole hell of a lot more. Ebay is cool but read the listings carefully. I would suggest getting the phone from the actual carrier.

Go with virgin mobile....if u never use it...u never pay anything...if u do use it....15 cents minute and thats all u'll ever pay....and that can go on debit or a credit car or whatever...no bill or anything.....sorta liek prepaid just a lot easier
