Biochemically Morphine, Codeine, and Hydrocodone are all derivatives of the Opium plant and so also is Heroin which is why this class of Narcotics creates addiction it entrenches itself into your body by blocking the pain receptors in the Brain and altering your Dopamine levels and ultimately altering Serotonin levels which will eventually disturb sleep patterns because since these synthetic compounds disturb the order of the Nervous System inevitably these compounds will show up in the Blood, Liver, and Urine because like all drugs they alter the Body's State and disrupts Homeostasis (Perfect Health). All these drugs since they come from the same plant source producing the same result is more than likely. Incidentally you may want to also add B-COMPLEX and a Good multivitamin on top of the Liver Detox because Narcotics deplete vitamins and minerals as well. I hope this information is also helpful Good Luck.
