Economic disparity. In any society, where there is a large portion of poor people, the people in those "economic casts" are more likely to commit crimes of opportunity (drug dealing, petty theft, robber, auto theft, etc). Unfortunately, many African Americans fall in these poor economic casts. Its not a race issue, and if you were able to find reliable data, I'm sure you'd find that all people in an economic cast regardless of race, are prone to commit the same behaviors, whether that is crime, polygamy, stock trading, etc.

I realized that the blacks that get into trouble use the N word a lot. That's because they have slave mentalities. The blacks that weren't affected by slavery never get in trouble. Blacks are the most religious in this country. Religion has no logic and when you apply no logic to your daily life, you make wrong choices. Blacks are taught that they're born sinners. They believe that so they act on it. Also, It's because lots of blacks have a slave mentalities which is a negative image of themselves. An inferior complex can lead to a world of problems. Slavery is also the reason why blacks are overly religious.

Well I blame rap. I know a lot of decent African Americans as well, but the ghetto culture is a bit of a draw for them as so many of their race opt for it. It's a sad thing. I'm biggoted only against the criminals of our society...and rappers in general.

I feel that society does that to keep blacks down. Powerful rich whites don't want to see blacks on the same level.
