Last summer I lost 45 lbs quickly by eatting fruit(mostly watermelon) and turkey breast. I was also working in a retail store, where I was constandly getting exercise...I haven't put it back on in a year.If you like fruit (fresh ) it's an easy way to do it.

the best way to lose weight by changing your eating habits. it's not the fastest but the healthiest. also, if u lose it slower u r less likely to gain it back.
