I'm not a doctor, but I play one on T.V. But seriiously, Here's some advice I found on the web: Q: When I shave my vagina area...I always end up with red / white bumps the day after...when I wear underwear sometimes it rubs against my rash and really hurts (only so often) I am previously seeing this guy called lee...he has had sex before and he is 17 however I am a virgin still and I want to lose my virginity but I dont know how to get rid of the rash and carry on shaving or if he will mind? What do I do?
A: Nothing is wrong with you. This is a normal occurrence that results when you skin become irritated. The razor irritates the sensitive skin around your vagina. The bumps are produced as a result of the irritation. You can prevent this by not shaving as much or at all or putting some lotion on after you shave. You might try using some lotion on it. Certain companies make a lotion specific for bikini line. It is not necessary to shave your pubic hair before any type of sexual activity. Some people do because of personal preference, or partner's request. If you do choose to shave, always use a clean razor. Never use any hair removal products, such as Nair.

Uh it isn't a heat rash #1. #2, you can't exactly get rid of it, it will go away in a few days time. Use baby powder on it, and or aloe vera gel. Next time, don't shave in the upwards motion, only shave downwards.

Get a bottle of "Witch Hazel" at your local pharmacy or Wal-mart. Apply with a cotton ball, it will soothe the rash. It is also a good idea to apply it right after shaving, to avoid this the next time.
Good luck, I feel for you! Don't scratch.

It's not heat rash, it's razor burn. Go to bath and body works and look in the men's section. They have this stuff called cooling gel. Put it on after you shave and it'll keep you from getting razor burn.

It's very normal to get razor burn after shaving in sensitive areas.
Try using shaving lotions or gels next time. And apply lotion for sensitive skin to the area afterward.

It might sound funny but one of the best things you can use is a diaper rash ointment like desitin. It will protect the skin and help with the itching and bumps.
