Very true... the way we respond to things (especially procrastinated things - which we put off past the point when we had more control over them) creates the circumstances we must live with. Every choice you've ever made has created the life you live this second.

It's interesting to say that most people created their own problems. I would agree that is true in the realm of reality.
But there is also the realm of the Mind to consider. Another realm that isn't tangeable yet affects reality greatly.
For instance lets say your born very poor. Well you didn't have a choice, so you have to deal with it, right? No problem, work hard and defeat poverty, right? Wrong!
The mentality can take a long time to over come, that is why it's easier said than done for most things.
Your problems are caused by your problems.
It's a circle that is difficult to break.
That's why you have people "Stuck" in bad situations because they are just that! STUCK!
Focusing and overcoming, hopefully happens.
But the key word is that "Eventually" people overcome their problems. Often they are too late, and their problems overcome them. Which leads to death.
I wish I could focus my mind to fix everything all peaches and cream because life's not a Bowl of Cherries.

will say it is true that we are the ones that make our own problems. We decide on everything we do and not knowing that it would be a big problem in the future. We deal with problems everyday and concluding it with another problem that we are going to face in the near future. Let say for example you computer breakdown and crashes (just a small problem not a big deal actually right) but you find out that it crashed because you got too many files on you hard drive so it will turn out to be your fault. Yes, we could say that sometimes we have problems that was done by or a fault of somebody else, but you should ask yourself, why am i dealing with this problem? Did i have a part on this? Only to realise that you did.
But problems are not to be burden to a person it should always be a stepping stone to something much brighter and bigger for us. I hope i answered your questionI = )

Interesting question.
Problems wouldn't be problems if we didn't consider them problems. So to speak, if didn't consider a broken lamp a problem, and it doesn't seem to be, then it's not. To another person, a broken lamp may be a problem. Depends on how you look at it.
Some problems are impossible to cause, they just happen. Some are caused because people LOOK at the situation as a problem.
Just my two cents.

well, we all create our own reality. It's our life decision or lack of them the put us in the place we are. It's easier to blame fate or chance. But, take away all the dirt, and the only thing left is the person.
We create our triumphs and our downfalls. That we wan't to acknowledge our problems, well...that's a whole other ball park.

poor or even poverty-stricken people make their own problems? minorities who are bullied and abused by supposedly "superior" groups make their own problems? there is a thing to be said for how you perceive the problem or your daily challenge. however, i believe that there are people who are being systematically put in a lower position by society, which is an inherent problem whatever your perception of that problem is. now, there is no pin-pointing who exactly caused mr or mrs. such and such to have no food because they have no money because they dont have a job, or that miss so and so is in a bind because she does not have access to proper health care. it is not just one individual or group of individuals who is/are responsible for their or somebody else's plight. it is the accumulated ignorance and insensitivity of people that put people down.

Over 50 organizations have now popped up that says they will not support Obama and they are having conference calls to Unite and get McCain elected, Howard Dean and the Democratic Party continues to say that these democrats will come home to the party that they are just angry because Hillary was beaten.

No I don't think I've made all of my problems. Not everyone goes looking for trouble, trouble just finds them. So no I don't believe that statement is true.

Alot of problems stem from the company you surround yourself with and how you treat others. It is extremely frustrating to hear people complain when they asked for the problems.
