There are several things you can do 1.Turn them in to the BBB 2.Go to your local employment office and explain to them what happened and ask what steps you need to take against them. 3. contact the court that ordered the child support,Tell them you have the proof that it was taking out such as your pay stubs,(that will protect you)4. Get a lawyer if you can not afford one-Tell the Employment office when you talk to them to see if they can help you with one.5.And contact your local police to get a police report made on theft charges and file a warrant on theft...The police report can also be used in court as evidence. That would have to be totally against the law. I would get me a lawyer and quick.

If they took your money report it to the child welfare office in your state.

Call the cops. They can't do that; that's as illegal as you not paying it at all.
