when ever i do good i never get rewarded i just get a slap on the back and the one who is mean always get everything they want.

Keep doing the good thing. Consider a reward as an unexpected bonus.
Respect is earned at every turn, but dis-respect is forever.
While loyalty sounds like a good thing, if you become unhappy, look for work elsewhere. But don't make any desperate moves, as the grass is not always greener on the other side.

Doing good things is the reward unto itself. You shouldn't have to get some kind of prize to do what is right. That would just be selfish.
