What kind of spot, is it basically where you gripped your penis? It may be because of the way you gripped your penis or some rubbed off skin because of the lack of lubricant (yes, guys do not think about lubricant for masturbation and rub off raw and dry).
Do you feel any pain or burning associated with the spot? Does it hurt to urinate? Any pus or discharge around the spots? Perhaps it is some sort of infection (you did not mention whether you are sexually active as well). However, if the pain increases, or you notice more spots (or just from peace of mind) you should see a doctor. If you are in a large city you should be able to go to your Department of Health's STD clinic for free.

f the red dots are at the base of your penis, the most likely cause is inflammation of the hair follicles in that area. You can help clear these up by showering daily with an antibacterial soap, drying your skin thoroughly after showering and wearing cotton underwear which helps absorb sweat when you're active.
If the red dots appear elsewhere on your penis or seem to be spreading, it would be best to be checked by your physician for a specific diagnosis and treatment if needed.

SORRY i know im not a guy so don't be mad but i know some things... if it itches or pusses you might have a problem. Monitor it and realize it could be a rash from major friction if you really smacked it around.... but are creams for rashes look on line than if it doesn't work go see the doc

Just probably damaged some small blood vessels by doin it too rough...nothing to worry about (well unless they become major red dots)...But go see the urologist just to give you peace of mind...Careful next time...give you body some time to heal...

If those dots are just below the head and on the underside then that is natural for men.

it may be an abrasion-- usually from too much masturbation or sex, without enough lubricant. try adding more lotion or lube when you are enjoying yourself.
