Yup! It's wrong to check out any family member - they are your blood. Your first cousin would be legal incest, as for 2nd cousin and on you would have to check the laws in your state - but it's still pretty morally gross to want to have relations with someone that close to you in your family.
There are so many single people out there, why would you want to date your cousins? If you can't stop thinking about it then you really need to talk to someone about it - probably a counselor would be best.

a second cousin isn't very closely related and some actually do marry. It is still best to look outside your biological family for a love interest. Wouldn't you prefer someone who was different than yourself? Would you want everyone in the family to know all your business?
It's a big world, move into new territory.
