My husband likes to "do" the laundry....he will throw a load of clothes in, and 2 days later, I will go to put another load of laundry in, and his load is still there. Go figure.

Never fold? That's nuts. I ALWAYS fold all my underwear. That way I can tell that I'm running out when the stack gets short. Also...for shirts; Take them out of the dryer 1 at a time. Snatch one out, shut the door and get it spinning again so the rest don't sit there and wrinkle in the warm air. Hang it on a hanger, then snatch out the next one. Saves a LOT of ironing.
I'm a guy and know that lazy laundry makes for really bad looking and wrinkly clothes.

My husband is great at washing and drying laundry, but definately not at putting it away -- there are always baskets of clean clothes sitting around when he is "done." Anything that I do not want him to wash or dry, I keep seperate from all the other laundry, so that way I don't have to worry about it. I don't complain though, at least he does SOMETHING! My ex didn't do a damn thing, so it doesn't bother me that he doesn't put the laundry away, I am just glad that he wants to try and help out!

you're fortunate to have help with the laundry so the ameliorations in the way you wash should not be a huge problem yet...the instructions on the laundry detergent continuously says to positioned the water and detergent in first and then upload the garments ...that way the detergent disolves and dispurses contained in the water yet I ensue to do it your way, I turn on the water, upload the garments and then sprinkle on the detergent. see you later as i do not overload the garments, they arrive in simple terms as sparkling yet after I've overloaded, i have run the completed cycle and placed some undesolved detergent hiding in a fold, cuff or pocket. i'm a multi-tasker, I easily ought to do a number of issues without delay so i ought to in no way make an attempt to fill the device with water previously loading the garments...i'm off commencing the subsequent pastime at the same time as the laundry bathtub is filling. no longer precise, no longer incorrect, only a distinct way.

Type up a list of how to do laundry for your husband...seriously. I did this for mine and he's now doing it and doing it right! I also sort clothes in the laundry hamper as they go in. Sounds weird, but it works. As far as the not folding the laundry, tell him no sex if he doesn't do it. LOL!!

If it can't go in the washer & dryer don't put it in the laundry hamper. It did take a while to train my wife in this, maybe you can learn!!!!

Well. I have had that problem around the house too, except I'm the guy, and I'm the one who wants things done properly - separate whites, lights, darks, jeans, and towels into separate loads, dry properly, fold neatly.
