I had a spontaneous one in the mid 90's, and as a result started meditating in 2000. After 2 months of deep meditation, they began. The best OBE's are when there is no lapse in you "awakeness".
Like laying there face up in bed for minutes or hours so deeply relaxed when you start hearing strange noise followed by strong vibrations, and then loud buzzing or other strange noises, and then it eases up, and you can step out or float out of your body and go off exploring :)
My key was having really nice pretty music playing, so I wouldn't fall asleep (while laying face up in bed), and pushing myself deeper using the music as sort of a tight rope to walk on to keep from falling (into sleep).
There is no death!

this is doubtful whether out of physique reports are genuine or no longer. some human beings component to varied exams, alongside with with fighter pilots, as information that they are not genuine, yet such exams purely supply some similarities to the reported reports mutually as additionally which incorporate some adjustments. the adjustments are what makes the reason suspect. In some examine although, people who claimed an Out Of physique adventure have been able to return up with verifiable awareness that become reportedly gained in the process the adventure. ordinary although the subject is that we purely do no longer understand adequate approximately many factors of ways the suggestions purposes to appreciate what's genuine and what isn't genuine with reference to those reported events.

Several times. Everyone has them - they just don't remember the experience. It can be frightening. You aren't limited in movement or time in that state of awareness, so really you can go anywhere or do anything that you focus your intent on. With practice, it can be a most pleasurable experience.

YES! I REALLY DON'T LIKE TO TALK ABOUT IT 'CAUSE IT WAS SCARY. ALSO, I DID IT DELIBERATELY. A WEEK EARLIER I GOT MAD 'CAUSE I COULDN'T ACHIEVE IT. THEN ONE DAY I DID, BUT ON THAT PARTICULAR DAY I WAS JUST RELAXING AND NOT THINKING ABOUT ANYTHING SPECIAL. WHAT OCCURED: I WAS LYING IN THE BED ON MY BACK 'CAUSE I WAS TIRED THAT DAY. I WAS NOT, I REPEAT, I WAS NOT ASLEEP OR FALLING ASLEEP. I CAME UP AS FLOATING AND IT WAS LIKE I HAD TO STEER OR CONTROL MY BODY FROM NOT RUNNING INTO ANYTHING. ACTUALLY, THAT STEERING THING PROBABLY WAS FROM ME NOT USED TO FLOATING TOWARDS THE COFFEE TABLE AND NOT GETTING BUMPED. ANYWAY, I STARTED DESCENDING INTO THE FLOOR LIKE I WAS GOING TO "YOU KNOW WHERE", 'CAUSE I WAS ON A GROUND FLOOR APT. AND NOTHING ELSE COULD HAVE BEEN DOWN THERE BUT THAT PLACE. SO THEN I IMMEDIATELY STARTED THE "SWIM" MOTION, TRYING TO PADDLE MYSELF BACK UP. I DID! AND IT WAS LIKE EVERYTHING WENT IN REVERSE AND WHEN I WENT BACK INTO MY BODY (WHICH BY THE WAY, I SAW ME AS ALL OF THIS WAS HAPPENING) LYING IN THE BED. AS I SAID, I WENT BACKWARDS. AS I CAME BACK IN MY BODY, IT WAS ALMOST LIKE A DROP INTO THE BED. DO YOU BELIEVE ME? PLEASE DO! I GO TO CHURCH AND PRAY EVERYDAY AND WAS RAISED TO FEAR GOD AND DON'T LIE AND STUFF AND ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS THAT THIS WAS NOT A DREAM. MORE WEIRD STUFF HAS HAPPENED TO ME IN MY LIFE, BUT I DON'T WANT THE ATTENTION. AND BESIDES, IT KINDA SCARES ME SOMETHIMES.

I have. I've had several. I do no drugs, I don't drink, I'm relatively relaxed. I learned to induce them and do it on a fairly regular basis.
