Hey! Find a good salon and they will put lashes on you. Talk to your parents and maybe get some money from them because it might cost $20 or so dollars every time you go. That should help you.
Just be careful of where you go and what you put on your eye, because you don't want to affect the new lashes coming in. Then you will always have issues.
You might have to grin and bear it. Maybe get a nice pair of sunglasses that have a slightly shade to them. They are very stylish and people won't notice your eyelashes.
You can also part your hair to one side and cover that eye up.

I am soo sorry! That sucks. If you have something coming up soon, I would use fake lashes. But you might consider asking an optometrist first just in case theres a chance of the infection reoccurring. Your eyes and the skin around them is very delicate. As far as what brand. I say hit up Walgreen and maybe pick out several diffrent styles to see what you like best. And be patient when your putting them on. You have to hold your eyes still for the glue to set. Good luck sweetie I hope it all works out.

Please do NOT use the "fake" ones you GLUE on.
VERY bad.
If there is such a thing as eyelash extensions...use those.
I think that is a so-cool idea.
Or just use eye liner and eye shadow.
Trust me...people will NOT notice.
Seriously.
Please do not feel self conscious.
Up north in the Great White North in the dead of winter.....missing eyelashes are NORMAL.
Straight up! LOL
The first thing that freezes is your eyelashes.
All you have to do is RUB your eyes and OFF they ALL go.
They grow back VERY quickly.
From 2/3 feet away.....all anyone sees is a dark line around your eyes anyway.
Not lashes.
Eyeliner will fix that REAL quick.
From someone who used to rub her eyes alot when she lived in Winter Wonderland!

If you had an infection I would be careful about putting foreign things near that eye, like eyelash glue. I would just wear a natural color eyeshadow (becuase if you wear dark it brings more attention to the eye) and do dramatic lips. im sure you have some eyelashes there, just put a little mascars on them.

My friend had the same problem. She got fake ones put on in a salon, they cost a little bit of money but lasted two months. After about a year her eyelashes grew back and they look pretty normal.
hope this helps!

This reminds me of the time I was trying to "shape" my eyebrows with one of those tiny little shavers and managed to shave off most of my lashes on one eye! I didn't even notice it until the next morning when I started to put on mascara.
You can buy single eyelashes and eyelash glue and very tediously, one by one, glue them into the crease where your lashes grow. If you need help with this, check with a salon in your area. Most of the better ones will help. They even do permanent waves on eyelashes these days!
Whatever you do, do not get the glue into your eyes!

Yup. False eyelashes are the way to go. I would also recommend taking a multi vitamin to help with re-growth.

i can't help much about that, maybe fake eyelashes would work but here's on thing you MUST do.
THROW AWAY YOUR MASCARA YOU HAD!
that can re-infect you. i would also throw away any other eye make-up you used, buy all new stuff. try almay for sensitive eyes.
