micro sd adapter?

Question

i got two of these when i bought a phone a smaller one that fits into the phone and a larger one that the little one fits into. I dont know what the bigger one is for so sould somebody let me know?

ok. you bought a mini sd i think. not a micro sd. because the adapter would put it to regualr sd size. you can put it in the adapter and stick the adapter into your computer. so you can directly transfer info onto your sd chip without connecting with usb. also i think if you put it in the adapter then it can fit into other devices such as cameras. but it has to fit on specific models. so not all.

Your Micro SD card(small) goes into the larger Mini SD(larger) This (larger)Mini SD card is "standard" for digital cameras, mp3 players, also some computers actually have a small slot to put the Mini SD in... (what phone did you get) My Nextel i870 also came with a Mini SD Reader.... You will put the Micro SD into the Mini SD Adapter and then put it in the Reader.. the reader then will plug into the USB port.. from there you should be able to open up "my Computer" from your start menu & find your "removable drive e or j" (the drive might be differant depending on your PC) I hoped I helped..Also is any one of your products Motorola?? 800-453-0920 is the # to iDEN/Motorola Tech support..

the memory is great for transferring pix,flix,and mp3s if your phone has all that.
