I've since bought a whole new can (really sucked since the first can was almost full), but I would like to know in case it happens again. (I left the scoop at a friend's house.)

I did not throw out the old can! I just didn't want to spend $35 on a new can just for a scoop when the can I had was fairly new. (Like having to buy a whole carton of eggs when you only need one)

My can says 8.7g per scoop. I'm assuming this helps you about as much as it does me lol. I took mine and scooped it into my measuring spoons, it is the equivilent of a Tablespoon. But I do recommend what a previous response was... keep some extras around.

Directions:

2 oz bottle 2 fl oz 1 unpacked level scoop (8.5g)
4 oz bottle 4 fl oz 2 unpacked level scoops (17g)
6 oz bottle 6 fl oz 3 unpacked level scoops (25.5g)
8 oz bottle 8 fl oz 4 unpacked level scoops (34g)
1 quart 29 fl oz 1 level household measuring cup and 1 level scoop of unpacked powder (124g)

**There are 15 grams per tablespoon**

Hope that helps

Don't guess, its just not worth it. Surley you can still use the old can and keep the new one covered up till you need it.
