While those marks may be old and/or unused, that's not to say that the trademarks are no longer valid. It's best to check that out & consult with a trademark attorney.

Depends upon how old the trademark is. If it hasn't been used for a while (20 years, I believe), the trademark becomes unenforceable as it was abandoned. If you use it and someone complains, simply stop and the problem typically goes away. However, NEVER infringe on anything Disney - they have legions of lawyers who sue for sport.

if you are using old or unused trademarks which are not yours, you will be liable to be sued... why do you want to use other's trademarks as you can do your own trademarks....

Buy your t-shirts from a Seller on Ebay - there are a number of them who sell in bulk and much cheaper than you can get on the High Street!
