Are you still having periods? If not, then you may have some difficulty getting pregnant.
Why are you so skinny? How tall are you? At 75 lbs, I would highly recommend that you NOT try to get pregnant until you can get to a healthy BMI. Remember that the baby gets his/her nutrients from you. If you are that skinny, you may have a baby with a low birth weight, mental retardation, poor development, etc. Or you may just miscarry or have a still birth.
Before considering a pregnancy, meet with your OB/GYN and a nutritionist first.
Think of this. Part of the reason why Terri Schiavo was left in a vegetative state was because she had bulimia and was taking fertility medication.

You can probably have a baby but your child may not be very healthy. Think Ethiopia. Why in the world are you only 75 lbs. That doesn't seem normal for a 19 year old. If you are anorexic or have a similar problem, you should not have a child. Your OB/GYN would be able to tell you if you can have a child and if you'd need to gain weight. If you are healthy and don't have an eating problem, then you should be able to have a child. My kids were 8 1/2 lbs. and 9 lbs. 12 oz. I can't see you carrying a child that large.

There have been research tests, and it showed that women who were underweight had as much as a 60 percent higher chance of infertility than those at a normal weight, and obese women were three times more likely to be infertile. For many thin women, just gaining five pounds is enough to prompt stronger, more regular ovulation and a higher pregnancy rate. You should gain some weight. If you really cannot, and get pregnant, eat healthy foods, not fatty foods just to gain weight. You'll find it that during pregnancy you will gain excess weight if you don't control it.

I would recommend that you start exercising every day, putting on fat weight will do nothing for you. The best plan is to be healthy, and through exercise you will likely put on the right combination of muscle and fat and your appetite will increase gradually and the healthy weight will happen naturally.

I agree with AKG but without the sarcasm. This is not the place for a question like yours. You don't want opinions, you need medical advice from your doctor.

Go to a doctor. Get thyroid checked and/or medication for possible depression.
