Please help, Im quite scared?

My older brother told me I had a strange infection when he looked at a part of my penis which is degenerating, in other words, the doctors have said its rotting away. He said I have something T Virus, what is this?

I have never heard of this, but seriously, see a professional (urologist) and have yourself examined. Ask the doctor for the name of your condition and a thorough explanation.
