jack dempsey he has a hugh knot in his side. i just noticed 2days ago?

is this some sort of disease or did he eat a rock or something . he is swimming on his side with the knot up like it hurts to stay down he floats to the top. knot side up

That doesn't sound good. It almost sounds like a tumor or growth of some sort. How big is the Jack Dempsey and how big is this knot?

he may have a cancerous tumor
