Of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Intellectually is learned. Incredibly, I have known more blonde women in my life who were very pretty and smart. By the same token, I've known a lot of gorgeous smart women because those are the types most interesting.

I think there are different answers to this question. We've certainly all been enculturated to think of certain qualities as beautiful. And then within our own ethnic cultures, sub cultures, locations, we have perhaps slightly different ideas or more specific ideas of beauty.
I hesitate to provide a physical description of beauty because I question my own assumptions about what beauty is all the time. And frankly, I find lots of different people, things, thoughts, colors, expressions, experiences beautiful. But I would be a hypocrite if I didn't admit to my own conditioning to like certain kinds of features on people.
However, I can't handle the idea of giving those things more weight by listing them here, plus as soon as I try to list what I think of as beautiful, the list sort of loses its meaning. Does that make sense?
I also value who people are and how the present themselves in the world. A very self confident (not conceited or mean) person is very attractive to me, even if their physical features aren't what I might describe as beautiful. How one carries one's self in the world makes a profound difference in how I view them.

Physically-I don't think it matters, all that matters is what inside. Is the person kind? Caring? Personable? Forgiving? Truthful? those are all things that create beauty. My boyfriend has scaring on his face and it scares some people, but he has the biggest heart I have ever seen. To me, he is absolutely beautiful.

Physically- Fit and not obese, Clean, Hair cared for, nice clothes, well kept person, and a nice scent.
Intellectually- Polite, Caring, Smart and Reasonable.
