The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

I haven't tried a weight loss program for years, but I think if I was going to right now, I'd go with Lindora. See if you have one of those in your community. I've heard really good things. Second, everyone's into the Fitness Bootcamps here in Los Angeles right now. I guess if you're up for a big physical challenge, you could go that way instead. I hear you on the weight loss struggle. I worked out for 12 years doing aerobics for 1-2 hours at least 3 times a week. And, the past 10 years - I haven't worked out once, eat what I want and I am no bigger than when I was doing aerobics! Go figure!

Eat well and combine healthy eating with some physical activity. Find some low calorie recipes, there are many available. Eat less fats and sugars, and stay active. Go for a walk or bike ride. The leading causes of obesity in the United States right now are sedentary lifestyles and the ratio of Calories In/ Out.
Eat healthy, get active/ excersise for 45 min/ day.
There are also many programs, such as Weight Watchers, to name one, where you are allowed so many "Points" based upon fats/calories/fiber, and you go to support meetings.
Hope some of these suggestions help!

There is no quick weight loss regime unless you go for liposuction. Losing weight quickly otherwise is not good for your health..
If you are not physically active you should consider not going for liposuction. First you should slowly build up an excersise regime to reach a decent level of fitness and then you could go for the liposcution.
Some people are prone to rapidly gaining weight and any amount of excersise is going to be very difficult to reduce these oversise fat cells.
Liposuction is a very safe method nowadays but you can further research this on the internet.

Atkins is quick. But I got constipated on it, so it's not for everyone.
I'm doing the Lemonade Diet now. It's basically a fast. I've lost 4 lbs in 2 days.
