No drug, or treatment program is going to make your father stop drinking, unless he wants to.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to look up Al-Anon in the phone book and find a meeting near you. There you will meet people that have been in your shoes and will teach you methods on how to deal with your fathers drinking.
If you live in a large area there will be many different meeting to choose from.
Do not feel ashamed, your father has a disease, he still loves you. But he needs treatment, there are no miracle drugs that will help him.
But the only thing you can do for is take care of yourself, the rest will take care of its self.
