There are a ton of reasons why you may have headaches. It could be stress, vision problems, even jaw problems. These are the most common causes. Rarely, very, very, rarely is it from a tumor or something in the head. And usually there are other symptoms that would go along with a tumor. If these headaches are bad enough to bother you, you should absolutely go to the doctor and just make sure everything checks out. Good Luck!

Friend, it really may be due to some bathroom or cleaning chemical. Are you getting headaches in the same location?
I serious believe you will not get headaches in a natural outdoor location, but if you do then seek medical attention. If not, the remove those chemicals.

Chart down when you have them, and 1-10 the pain scale.Maybe glasses you may need, check out you optomertics, You will soon see a difference, with glasses, and watch your stress load.B-complex with stress helps, that and Calcium Magnesium too. Good Luck.

You should see a doc and a neruologist to determine the reasons for your headaches. It may be something as simple as changing your diet, or something as serious as an anurysm in your brain.

Maybe you have a pinched nerve? Or a brain condition? Or Muscle spasms? Who knows. ONe good way to test the muscle spasm: chamomile tea. Then just sit or lie still for about 20 minutes.

That happens to me all the time. I get them from the heat so my parents told me to drink a lot of water. Sometimes I go to bed earlier.
