Probably Hooker with a Penis, Jerk Off and Opiate. The Gaping Lotus Experience is just amusing. I can honestly say though, I don't care for Schism now due to it being played constantly. It's still a good song, I just have to skip it for a while. And other than that, I like all their stuff, it's very difficult to pick one favorite.
Oh, and btw. The hidden song your talking about OP, is Disgustipated. Damn you, let the rabbits wear glasses!!!

The hidden track on Undertow, you know, the one where he sings about the circle of life 'life feeds on life' and after much silence there is a keening in the backround and he talks about a ditch and whatnot. Excellently done. Brilliant.
