Some to, some don't. Some people rhyme because it's easier to memorize. Some rhyme because they're essentially writing poetry. Some rhyme because they've watched way too much Charmed. pretty much anyone who talks about the "power of three" is a Charmed Wicklet. When I wrote an review for a particular author (deborah Lipp), one of the things I specifically cited was that her example verbages (and readers are by no means required to use her words) were actually phrases I might consider saying without snickering.

World---Global warming is a controversial issue, and insults and false data are hurled.

Nature---Questionable Legislature (yeah, it's "questionable legislation", but don't forget poetic license: e.g. Kyoto Treaty, which penalizes industrial nations, but lets Communist and third world countries create all the pollution they want.)

Earth---How much trouble is it worth?
