Thats an issue that no one will ever know the correct answer to. I dont beleive he did, he is a lil boy himself.
He loves children and wants to spend all his time with them cos he had such a crappy childhood. He longs to look after them as he was constantly teased, taunted and beaten up as a child. He wants to feel like a safe guard for these children and because no one does that ppl brand him as a child molester!!! And try to swindle cash out of him!

In my honest opinion yes he is a very sick guy and a child molester that got away with it.

no, he is just really weird. It is in his best interest though to stop hanging around children like he does.
