Your family should come first. Yes, you do have to make money to provide for your family, but your job does nothing but give you money. Your family is important, if your family has some issues, then defiantly take the time to work it out, even if it costs you sometime from work, I'm sure you can always make up the time! Hopefully I helped you out!

Family comes first ....

But the job is what I need to help support my family - so sometimes I have to do things at work in order to keep my long term goal of supporting my family going. Vicious cycle!

That is kind of involved. Because your family can't live without your job. So you have to work, in order to support your family. It's like Your family is important, therefore your job is important.

Your job is connected to your family, if you keep taking time off for your family, someone else that needs the job will take it from you.

I am ******, you're ******, the whole system's ******. It is built to fail. If you are not OBSESSED with your job, you will not succeed in business. Regardless if your self employed or a drone at an office somewhere. The more hours put in will raise your name to the top for promotions. Meanwhile your spouse and kids begin to resent you. You have to bring alot of energy to the office for work. You have to build relationships with dickheads who hold your future in their palm. You have no time and energy for homelife. Take the kids to the zoo? *** that. Plan a romantic evening with your spouse? *** that. I say destroy this money driven world. Those who survive and rebuild, help each other. No money exchanged. Just everyone help one another. Keep life small and simple.

Always my family which means that sometimes I work more than I should when I really want to be with my kids. I do the extra work to provide for my family.
