I' ve not had this problem in other states, coincidence? anyone know how to fix this problem,it also affects night driving. I have a 2005 Sonata. Bad Korean glass?

Windex and newspaper are the best way.
Don't use things like Coka Cola, because they will cause the metal parts of your car to rust.

I have some classic cars and it drives me nuts too.
Meguiars car care products puts out a glass cleaner.
It's clear and leaves no residue.
The other trick I use is a good auto polish. It puts a nice
finish on the glass, and you wipe the residue off.
Sound like you suspect a defect in the glass.
Discuss it with your insurance co. if it continues to effect your vision.

You might try a good ceramic clearner, like those used on toilet bowls and porcelain.

I would do a small area first to check. Also would recommend newspaper for lint free wipe down.

vinegar and water with newspaper. the newspaper help get the streaks off. you could try and pour a coke over the windshield with the wipers on wide open.

This may sound dumb, but clean the inside of your windshield. Over time, the inner side can accumulate dust, oil, dirt, etc, and needs cleaning.

coca cola,.believe me it actually works,..tak a 20 ounce bottle of warm coke and pour it on your windshield and wipe clean,....what it does is the acid in the coke eats the road film and grime off the windshield to make it cleaner,....then take it to a car wash to make sure you get all the sticky coke off,....believe me it works,...i live in south georgia and have done it several times to get rid of love bug stains on my windshield.
