Made up of long fibers of the protein keratin (the same stuff that your hair is made of), nails not only protect the fingertips and toes, they also help us grab or pick up objects – in the same way that beaks and claws of birds and animals help them handle food or objects

we have finger nails for a reason because we can use them for all sorts of things but the real reason is because we have vitamins in our finger nails people may think that just because we use our hands and finger nails any were that they are dirty well no our finger nails provide us with vitamins and the cleaner your nails are the more calcium and vitamins you have in your nails. I would provide people to drink more water and milk to keep it this way..♥
