If you know they are dumb then what do you expect? Remember the old saying ... Ask a stupid question get a stupid answer.
If you are seriously asking a real question and it's not as a joke then ignore the rude people. No "real" question is dumb. Only those that are meant to annoy people are dumb.

Some people have short tempers. Theoretically, there is no such thing as a dumb question, but are you asking a question that you could easily find the answer to yourself?
I have seen a lot of questions posted here that the poster could have found the answer to with less trouble than it took to post the question. Do a seach on the web first. If you can't find the answer after at least a little effort, then ask here. That should minimize the mean responses.

People dont try to be mean, but if you ask a dumb question, you will get a mess up answer. Next time if you want to ask a question, and you think it's dumb dont ask it. Hope that helps.

Because this isn't the forum to ask dumb questions. Here we talk about marriage and divorce. Hence the name of the category...marriage and divorce. You can ask stupid questions all you want. In the jokes category...or yahoo answers...but the general idea of having various categories is so the questions in said categories kind of revolve around one central concept....in this case....(in case you haven't caught on) marriage and divorce.
