I think it was from the 80's which had 2 friends sharing an apartment and one of them had a daughter. The guys would always go "High five, low five, self five" to each other.

Had to be My Two Dads. I loved that show as a kid. Had Paul Reiser (Mad About You), Greg Evigan (BJ and the Bear) and Stacey Keenan (Step By Step) as the daughter.

I remember that show. The deceased mother had apparently let two guys bone her at the same time, and had no idea which one of them was the father.

It was called "My Two Dads". The men had no idea who the real father of the girl was. Both had dated her mother and could have fathered her. Greg Evigan played one of the dads.
