U have no local or nearby Emergency Vet?
that's not good; depending on WHAT is the actual problem, U can make it worse.
even an enema isn't entirely safe, if the problem is a Blocked Bladder.
is the kitten Long-Haired? Long-Haired M kits can have problems with hair caught around the anus, or on the penis; there's not much U can do overnite.
a SMALL amount of hairball-remedy might help, if it's a minor constipation, ===BUT== there are other things that would only be made worse: if kitty has swallowed a foreign object & U try to get him to move his bowels, he could be in REAL trouble.

try giving him soft food or can food. any change in diet (also adding milk FOR CATS) should help him poop. if no results get him to the vet tommorow and let them know what all you have given the kitten.
