how do i rechauk my split hot tub?

You need a new tub.

If the tube is cracked chalk is a temperary fix...Look into a plastic Resign or a fiberglass repair kit....It will leave a small lump but atleast you won't be replacing the tub yet...remember...the repaired spot will not ever be as strong as the rest of the tub so avoid that area after the repairs.....
