If you mean drivers license -just an ordinary one as long as you are not hauling anything for money. If you mean license plates-you can ask for an IN TRANSIT TEMPORARY PERMIT.

depends on the truck if it has air brakes you will need a class b cdl but as long as you don't wreck and plainly write "not for hire" on both sides so it is not confused as a comercial vehicle you should be able to drive it with a regular licence.

if its under 26,000GVW and doesnt have air brakes you are good and put on the side NOT FOR HIRE
