Its actually one of the nicest cities in Florida. Its hilly and about 40 minutes to Disney.

Clermont is great if you are more of a suburbs person rather then city. Where I stay at in Clermont there are a bunch of hispanics (just about everyone speaks spanish), but there are also blacks and whites too (not too many other ethnicity's). There are also alot of tourists in Clermont, since it isn't far from Disney, and cheaper to stay at.
I am about 20 minutes from Disney (depending on how 192 is) and only 4miles from WDW. No place is safe anymore (such a shame), but it does seem ALOT quieter here then any other place I've lived.

It depends where abouts in Clermont.My villa is on US 27,about 15 minutes from Animal kIngdom
